Electronic Ordering
You have two ways to order through our secure electronic Shopping Cart: 

  • Simply click on the Buy Now button next to the product.
  • Click "View Cart" from the navigation bar near the top of that page. You will see how many items you have placed in your Cart.
  • At the time of product selection, you will have the option to:
    • download the digital version in PDF format (when available)
    • order a Hard Copy to be shipped
  • At Check Out, you will have the option to:
    • print your Cart to submit as a Purchase Order or fax to us
    • have us Ship you the hard copy.
  • Each time you purchase from P-E you will be asked to fill in your Billing and Shipping information.

Purchase Order
If you choose to submit a Purchase Order to your school, simply click on the "Print Cart to submit as P.O. or fax" button, print out your Cart, and turn into your school purchasing department.

Shipping
We make every effort to ship your items as soon as possible, but please allow at least three weeks for delivery. If you need products more quickly, please consider using one of our digital products.

Please inspect the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service department at info@performance-education.com to report the damage and arrange for a replacement.

Returns
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a P-E product, return it in its original condition within 30 days for a FULL refund or credit, or Contact Us to discuss a product exchange.
