Shipping and Returns

At Performance Education, we make every effort to deliver your items as soon as possible. Our policy is to ship within 4 or fewer business days from receipt of the order.  Occasionally we may experience delays in fulfillment time, when this occurs, we will contact you to let you know of the delay and see if you still want the products. Orders are shipped either via UPS or the US Postal Service.  Please contact us for expedited shipping needs or consider using one of our digital products as a substitute for hard copy.

Please inspect the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, please contact the carrier as well as our Customer Service department at info@performance-education.com to report the damage.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product*, return it to our Virginia warehouse (3700 Millington Rd. Free Union, VA 22940) in original condition within 30 days for a full refund or credit. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Period.

*Digital Products (including download subscriptions) are not returnable.

Using Materials: Educational Purposes
Performance Education products are produced and distributed for educational purposes only.

  • Samples of the ToolBooks, Daily Warm-ups, and Posters and Maps are for viewing only, and not meant to be printed for use in the classroom.
  • Samples of the ToolBooks, Daily Warm-ups, and Posters and Maps are represented in order to give you an accurate representation of the product you are purchasing, and not meant to be used as a replacement for the actual product being sold.
  • You may not download or reproduce our graphics or visuals separate from the documents that contain them.
  • Performance Education products that have been purchased, and downloaded or received in hard copy format are for educational purposes for teaching in a classroom only.
  • Performance Education products that have been purchased, and downloaded or received in hard copy format are for educational purposes for use by the purchaser only, and not to be shared; an exception would be if a school or district purchased unlimited use subscriptions to the product library.

Using Materials: Other Commercial Uses
No commercial use of Performance-Education products is permitted. These uses include:

  • If any profit is connected to the use of the materials (including reprinting materials in a book, using them as part of a for-profit training course, reprinting screenshots, etc.).
  • If any fee is charged, or if providing such materials enhances your commercial interests.
  • Use on any commercial Web sites, or print or electronic marketing materials for any type of commercial business.

MIRRORING, FRAMING, OR TRANSFERRING PERFORMANCE EDUCATION PRODUCTS TO A WEB SITE WITHOUT A LICENSE AGREEMENT IS NOT LEGAL AND THE REQUESTING PARTY WILL NOT BE GIVEN AUTHORIZATION.
