Voting Criteria

We are looking for the most INFLUENTIAL person in World History. In other words, the person whose impact has changed the world the most, for better or worse! We aren't looking for the better person or the person with better results.

For example, let's say we get to a round that is Hitler vs. Gandhi. Obviously the body of positive influence comes from Gandhi. But what we want to know is which of the two men has shaped the world as we know it today.

Comments

The discussions that flow in the "comments" section is one of the best parts of the tournament. Anything that isn't a germane conversation will only make others leave lesser comments. Please follow these guidelines when posting comments:
1. Intelligent debate
2. Don't degrade another comment or commentor
3. Absolutely NO PROFANITY
4. Use "Netiquette" (No ALL CAPS, no excessive punctuation, etc)
5. "Shout outs" and other statements of a non-academic nature will probably not be approved.
6. Making misleading or erroneous claims is grounds for comment deletion.

We will actively monitor all comments and reserve the right to refuse or edit comments that are not compliant with the above guidelines or are generally inappropriate for a classroom setting.
